MEDICAL EXEMPTION APPROVAL FORM
The Air Force Academy Athletic Department is committed to making every sporting event as inclusive as possible for all of our fans to enjoy. Below is a list of entry policies and prohibited items for our venues. We recognize that some items listed may not take into account certain medical needs. If you need to request an exception to any of the entry policies below, please fill out the form with your name, contact information, what your requested exemption is, and the justification for the request. Intercollegiate Event Management personnel will reach out to you directly to discuss your request (please allow for three business days).

*NOTE: Certain food & beverages, bags, oxygen cannisters, epi-pens, diabetes needles, canes & wheelchairs are allowed for medical conditions/medical purposes and infants/pumping needs.
AIR FORCE ACADEMY INTERCOLLEGIATE ATHLETICS VENUE ENTRY POLICIES
- BAGS: Approved Bags: One clear bag per ticket holder that is plastic/vinyl/PVC not exceeding 12”x12”x12”; one-gallon clear zip lock bag; small clutch bag or fanny pack no larger than 5.5” x 7.5. Diaper bags with an infant present and breast pumping equipment are permitted but are subject to search.Non-Approved Bags: Backpacks, camera/binocular cases, bota bags, camelbacks, mesh bags, large printed bags, large purse, tinted plastic bags, oversized tote bags.
- FOOD: must be brought in a clear, one-gallon zip lock bag (NOTE: only one zip lock bag per ticket holder)
- BEVERAGES: Water is the only beverage allowed. Must be in a clear factory-sealed soft-sided water bottle (24 oz. or less). Empty clear soft-sided bottles, 24 oz. or less, for refilling purposes also allowed.

- PROHIBITED ITEMS:
- Illegal substances, smoking, vaping, and the use of any type of tobacco or nicotine product (NOTE: Marijuana is an illegal substance on Federal property)
- Weapons (including, but not limited to firearms, knives of any type/size, pepper spray/other aerosols, stun-guns, self-defense key rings/key chains,) laser pointers, fireworks, sticks, bats, poles, umbrellas, footballs, frisbees, balls, projectiles, or any item deemed unsafe by security personnel
- Alcohol, glass and hard-sided containers, bottles/cans, aerosol sprays, hard sided coolers
- Unapproved banners/signs (no signs larger than 18” x 24) and seatbacks wider than 18 inches
- Pets other than ADA Compliant Service Animals
- Artificial noisemakers of any kind
- Baby seats, large strollers (NOTE: collapsible umbrella strollers are permitted)
- Any item that cannot be readily inspected
