MEDICAL EXEMPTION APPROVAL FORM
The Air Force Academy Athletic Department is committed to making every sporting event as inclusive as possible for all of our fans to enjoy. Below is a list of entry policies and prohibited items for our venues. We recognize that some items listed may not take into account certain medical needs.
If you need to request an exception to any of the below entry policies, please fill out the form with your name, contact information, what your requested exemption is, and the justification for the request. Intercollegiate Event Management personnel will reach out to you directly to discuss your request (please allow for three business days). If you have any questions, feel free to email them to ICEvents@afacademy.af.edu.

AIR FORCE ACADEMY INTERCOLLEGIATE ATHLETICS VENUE ENTRY POLICIES
- BAGS: There is a CLEAR BAG POLICY for events at Falcon Stadium
- APPROVED BAGS: One clear bag per ticket holder that is plastic/vinyl/PVC not exceeding 12”x12”x12”; one-gallon clear zip lock bag; small clutch bag or fanny pack no larger than 5.5” x 7.5. Diaper bags are permitted with an infant and are subject to search.
- UNAPPROVED BAGS: Backpacks, camera/binocular cases, bota bags, camelbacks, mesh bags, large printed bags, large purse, tinted plastic bags, oversized tote bags.
- APPROVED BEVERAGES/BOTTLES: Water is the only beverage allowed. Must be in a clear factory-sealed soft-sided water bottle (24 oz. or less). Empty clear soft-sided bottles 24 oz. or less for refilling purposes also allowed.
- UNAPPROVED BEVERAGES/BOTTLES: alcohol, soda, colored flavored water/beverages that are not clear, glass containers, cans, hard sided plastic or metal bottles, open cups/containers.
- FOOD: Permitted if brought inside a transparent, one-gallon zip lock bag – one bag per ticket holder
- PROHIBITED ITEMS:
- Illegal substances (Marijuana is an illegal substance on Federal property).
- Weapons (including, but not limited to firearms, knives of any type/size, pepper spray/other aerosols, stun-guns, self-defense key rings/key chains, any item that may be used as a projectile or deemed unsafe by Venue Mgmt., and or Security personnel)
- Laser pointers, fireworks, or any item deemed unsafe by venue mgmt. or security personnel
- Unapproved banners/signs (no signs larger than 18” x 24”)
- Pets (Pets whose function is to provide emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Must be ADA Compliant Only)
- Sticks, bats, poles, umbrellas, aerosol sprays, frisbees, footballs/balls of any kind, including inflatable balls
- Artificial noisemakers of any kind, or any item that cannot be readily inspected
- Baby seats, large strollers (collapsible umbrella strollers are permitted)
- Smoking, vaping, or the use of any type of tobacco, or nicotine product is strictly prohibited
- Flash photography, camera sticks/tripods
- Seatbacks wider than 18 in. are prohibited (no excessive pockets, concealable areas, or protruding arm rests)
