Donation Requests
As an active member of the Colorado Springs and greater Front Range community, Air Force Athletics is proud to fulfill requests for a number of area organizations and charities. Due to the high volume of requests we receive each year, along with NCAA and US Air Force Academy regulations, we are required to gather very specific information regarding your request. Please fill out the application below in its entirety.
As a nonprofit organization, the Air Force Academy Athletic Corporation has a limited value of donated items it can provide each year and prioritizes local organizations and the order in which requests are received.
Air Force Athletics reserves the right to deny any request. Though we do our best to respond to requests promptly, please allow 3-4 weeks for processing. Additional information may be requested for clarity, as needed. Requestors can only make one donation request per organization, per year; the Air Force Athletics year runs July 1-June 30.
