Lindberg Wins Third Consecutive MWC Diver of the Week Award

Air Force sophomore Brady Lindberg has been named Mountain West Conference men's diver of the week for the third consecutive week.

Lindberg, a product of San Antonio, Texas, won the 3-meter diving event at BYU with a score of 236.10 on February 24. He followed up his Friday performance by sweeping the 1-meter (238.35) and 3-meter (252.90) diving events at Utah on February 25. Lindberg's efforts helped the men split the two meets last week and improve to 11-2 overall this season.

Lindberg is the only swimmer or diver in the MWC to earn athlete of the week honors three times this season. Lindberg is back in action this week when the Air Force men and women close out the regular season on Saturday, Feb. 1, by hosting Wyoming at noon in the Cadet Natatorium.
