Air Force is 21-5 overall and 11-2 in the Mountain West Conference. Wyoming is 11-15 overall and 4-9 in the MWC.
Recent Results
Air Force defeated San Diego State, 61-49, Monday at Clune Arena as the Falcons clinched their first-ever MWC redular-season championship. Wyoming defeated Colorado State, 67-61, Saturday in Laramie.
Coaches
Air Force is coached by Joe Scott (Princeton, 1987), who is in his fourth season with the Falcons. He has a 50-61 record in his tenure at Air Force. Scott came to AFA from his alma mater, Princeton, where he was an assistant coach from 1993-2000.
Wyoming is coached by Steve McClain (Chadron State, 1984), who is in his sixth season as head coach of the Cowboys. Prior to taking the head coaching job at Wyoming, he was an assistant coach at TCU for four seasons. McClain has a record of 111-67 at Wyoming.
Series
Wyoming leads the series, 64-20. Air Force defeated the Cowboys, 83-71, at Clune Arena on Feb. 7, snapping an eight-game winning streak by Wyoming. The Cowboys have won 26 of the last 28 games in the series.
