Falcon Ticket Transfer enables Season Ticket Holders to electronically transfer tickets for any game to the party of their choice - a business associate, client, colleague, friend or family member. The recipient of the ticket transfer will have the ability to use the Print-at-Home feature for instant delivery.

Falcon Ticket Transfer is a quick and convenient way to forward tickets electronically.

The fee for ticket transfer is $2 per transaction.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR SEASON TICKET HOLDERS

Once you sign in as an eligible Account Holder, click the "My Account" link on the left side of the page, and then click the "Transfer Tickets" button.
You have the option to transfer all or some of your tickets for any one game in a transaction.
You have the option to pay the $2 transaction or have the Recipient pay for the transaction.
The Ticket Transfer Recipient has 48 hours to accept or reject the transfer invitation. In either case, you will receive an e-mail advising of the Recipient's decision. If no action is taken by the Recipient within 48 hours, the transfer invitation will automatically be cancelled and you and the Recipient will receive an e-mail advising of the transfer cancellation.
Once your ticket transfer has been accepted by the Recipient, the barcodes on your original tickets will be deactivated, so they will not be accepted for admission. Do not discard your tickets until you receive an e-mail acknowledgement that the Recipient has accepted the transfer.
You may cancel a transfer within the 48 hour window only if the Recipient has not yet acted on the invitation. To cancel a pending invitation, click the "My Account" and "Ticket Transfer" links upon signing in, then click the "Cancel Ticket Transfer" link under the game date.
A Ticket Transfer transaction becomes final once the Recipient accepts the transfer. No cancellations or refunds will be made following the Ticket Transfer acceptance.
Ticket Transfers must be initiated and accepted by game time.

FOLLOW THESE EASY STEPS
TO BEGIN TRANSFERRING YOUR TICKETS

If you have previously linked your Season Account to an online account:

Click the "Begin Ticket Transfer" button below.
On the left side of the screen click on "Sign In" enter your E-mail or Account Number and Password in the appropriate fields and Login.
Once you sign on to your Season Ticket account, click the "My Account" link at the top of the page to access Ticket Transfer.
Select the game you wish to transfer
Select the seat(s) you wish to transfer. Fill out recipient information and click "Submit".

If you have not yet linked your Season Account to an online account:

Click the "Begin Ticket Transfer" button below.
On the left side of the screen click on "Sign In".
Select "Link Your Account"
Enter your Account Number and your PIN in the appropriate fields. If you do not have this information call the Athletic Ticket Office at 800-666-8723,
Click the "Activate" button to proceed.
Once you sign on to your Season Ticket account, click the "My Account" link at of the page to access Ticket Transfer. Select the game you wish to transfer
Select the seat(s) you wish to transfer. Fill out recipient information and click "Submit".
