C2C Tyler Rico, CS33, is this week's Athlete of the Week: Following the (4-0) Air Force sweep against Navy, North Carolina State and The Citadel in Charleston, S.C., Tyler Rico was the team's top finisher in Saturday's match against his opponents. Rico scored the match-high aggregate of 1178 points. He led all in both guns with a 586 smallbore and a 592 air rifle. On Sunday, against the Bulldogs, Rico had the second-highest score of 585 in air rifle and finished with a 576 in smallbore. His NCAA average aggregate for the week of Nov. 10 is 1169 for this year.
C1C Meredith Carpentier (CS5) led Air Force in Sunday's match against the Bulldogs with an air rifle score of 588 and had an aggregate 1166 score. C2C David Higgins (CS26) led in smallbore with a 586 and led with an aggregate score of 1168.
