Genevieve Miller places 39th in 500 free NCAA Swimming Championships
U.S. AIR FORCE ACADEMY, Colo. - Air Force sophomore Genevieve Miller placed 39th in the 500 free at the NCAA Swimming Championships, March 19, at the Greensboro Aquatic Center in Greensboro, N.C.
Miller swam a time of 4:45.51. Miller's 39th place finish was much improved over her 57th place finish in the 500 free at the NCAA Championships last season. The Winston-Salem, N.C., product will swim the 1650 free at 4:30 p.m. ET on Saturday, March 21.
ESPN3.com will stream the finals sessions on Friday and Saturday live. Thursday's sessions, along with the morning sessions on Friday and Saturday, will be streamed live on www.NCAA.com. Additionally, ESPNU will air a two-hour broadcast via tape delay at 6 p.m. ET on Tuesday, March 31. Live results for the championships will be available on www.NCAA.com.
