Cole Armagost named WAC Diver of the Week

U.S. AIR FORCE ACADEMY, Colo. - Air Force freshman Cole Armagost was named Western Athletic Conference Men's Diver of the Week, for the week of Oct. 17-23.

Armagost, from Papillon, Neb., finished first in the three-meter board event against Denver with a score of 280.28. He then finished third in the one-meter event (248.85). The next day he competed in the tri-meet against Colorado School of Mines and Colorado Mesa and posted a score of 293.25 in the one-meter board event to take home the victory.

Air Force (4-1 overall) travels to Laramie, Wyo., for a dual meet against the Cowboys on Saturday, Oct. 28, at noon.
