Air Force Men’s Tennis Announces 2018 Fall Schedule

Falcons open Aug. 30 with Blue-Silver Scrimmage
USAF ACADEMY, Colo. - Air Force men's tennis released its schedule for the 2018 Fall Season, announced today by head coach Dan Oosterhous. The Fall season opens Aug. 30 with the Blue-Silver Scrimmage and culminates in mid-October with the ITA Mountain Regional.
"I'm very excited about our fall schedule, starting with our home tournament," Oosterhous said. "It gets bigger and better each year and this year we will have eight teams playing. I'm also really pumped to take our team back to the Naval Academy. Our goal is get everyone lots of matches and work as hard as we can going into the spring season."
The Blue-Silver Scrimmage kicks things off for the Falcons on Aug. 30 at the AFA Intercollegiate Tennis Courts.
The Falcons then host the AFA Invitational the following weekend, Sept. 7-9.
The weekend of Sept. 28-30 has the Falcons competing in two separate invitationals. Air Force competes at both the Navy Invitational in Annapolis, Md., and the Weber State Invitational in Ogden, Utah during the same weekend.
The Falcons also compete in the Boise State Invitational from Oct. 5-7.
The fall season wraps up at the ITA Mountain Regional, running Oct. 15-19 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
