
Air Force Men’s Tennis Welcomes Class of 2022

Falcons welcome four freshmen.
USAF ACADEMY, Colo. - Air Force men's tennis welcomes four freshman that comprise the class of 2022, announced today by head coach Dan Oosterhous. Four freshmen recently completed basic cadet training and join the team for the 2018-19 season.
Jordan Azuma, Robert Baylon, Alex Krawietz and James Scotty join the Falcons this season.
""I'm really excited to work with these young men," Oosterhous said. "They just finished a grueling five week training course and I know they can't wait to get on the court with the team."

Jordan Azuma - Honolulu, HI (Iolani HS)
2018 tennis recruiting national ranking of #137…National Latin Honor Society member…earned Headmaster's Award four times (above a 3.5 GPA).
Robert Baylon - Buena Park, FL (John F. Kennedy HS)
Ranked #1 in U18's in Mid Atlantic…2018 tennis recruiting national ranking of #29, the best ranking ever by an Air Force recruit…won the 2016 Oracle/ITA Junior Masters…National Junior leadership team…National Honor Society member.
Alex Krawietz - Burke, VA (Robinson Secondary School)
Lettered four years in tennis…2018 tennis recruiting national ranking of #366…doubles state champion…first team all-conference and all-region…has also earned second team all-conference and honorable mention twice…high school tennis coaches were Paul Fisher, Richard Smith and Vinh Do…National Honor Society member...father, Tony Krawietz, is a 1990 USAFA grad and member of men's tennis team.
James Scotty - Annapolis, MD (Laurel Springs Online HS)
Lettered two years in tennis…2018 tennis recruiting national ranking of #65…Empire League MVP as a freshman and senior…high school coach was Nico Riego De Dios...third place in 14's clay court level one…national champion in national level two for 18's doubles…ITA/UTR Oracle juniors champion.
The Falcons open the 2018 fall season Aug. 30 with the Blue-Silver Scrimmage.
