Men's Tennis Defeats Embry-Riddle, 4-3

Air Force men's tennis defeated Embry-Riddle 4-3 Thursday afternoon at the Crotty Tennis Complex in Daytona Beach, Fla. The win improved the Falcons to 7-4 on the season.
After losing the doubles point by going 1-2 in doubles, the Falcons rallied back by going 4-2 in singles to pull out the win.
The duo of Tadhg Collins and Patrick Sklenka fell 6-3 at No. 1 and Jamie Bautista and Paul Hendrix fell 6-2 at No. 3. The duo of Isaac Perez and Robert Baylon won No. 2 doubles 6-4.
In singles the Falcons got wins at No. 1, 2, 4 and 5 singles to pull out the win.
Patrick Sklenka defeated Juan Ortiz Couder at No. 1, 6-3, 3-6, 7-5. Luke Sanderson won at No. 2 over Andrew Donayre 6-2, 6-4. Tadgh Collins won at No. 4 over Lucas Bos 2-6, 6-3, 6-1. Robert Baylon won at No. 5 over Mickael Faucher 7-5, 6-1.
The Falcons head into a big Saturday dual with Army West Point at the USTA National Campus in Orlando, Fla. The match will be video streamed live and tape-delayed on the Tennis Channel on Sunday.
