Air Force top service academy for eighth straight year in final Learfield IMG Cup standings

Air Force is the top service academy for the eighth straight year in the final 2018-19 Learfield IMG College Director's Cup standings. The Falcons finished second in the Mountain West and 67th nationally with 339.5 points. The 67th place finish ties as the second-best in school history and is the best since finishing 55th in 2015-16. The Falcons ranked seventh nationally among non-Power 5 schools.

Air Force has finished in the top three in the Mountain West four consecutive years and the top five in eight straight. The Falcons finished third in the MW and 68th nationally with 345.50 points in 2017-18. The Falcons were second in 2016-17 with 347.0 points which ranked 67th nationally. Air Force led the MW in 2015-16 for the first time in school history with a school-record 427.5 points.
