Air Force Men’s Tennis To Participate In Arthur Ashe Kids Day

USAF ACADEMY, Colo. - Air Force men's tennis heads to New York to take part in the Arthur Ashe Kids Day, one of the kick-off events for the US Open. Arthur Ashe Kids Day at the US Open is on Saturday, Aug. 24 at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Flushing, N.Y.

The team will assist in kids clinics, giving the next generation of tennis players an introduction to the game.

In addition, the team will also be on hand Saturday evening for 2019 graduate Isaac Perez to receive the Div. I men's tennis Arthur Ashe Leadership and Sportsmanship National Award.

As part of the ITA Leadership Awards Weekend, Perez will take over the ITA Instagram account (@ITA_Tennis) on Friday, Aug. 23. Perez will provide followers with an inside look on his trip to New York.

Arthur Ashe Kids' Day is the largest single-day, grassroots tennis and entertainment event in the world.
