Men’s Tennis Sweeps Doubleheader over Seattle and Montana State

Air Force men's tennis completed a doubleheader sweep of Seattle and Montana State Friday. The Falcons improved to 10-3 on the season, defeating Seattle 7-0 at the indoor tennis courts and Montana State 4-3 at the Parker Racquet Club in Parker, Colo. in the nightcap.
Air Force rolled to the 7-0 win over Seattle. The Falcons won at No. 1 and No. 2 doubles for the point. Jamie Bautista and Paul Hendrix defeated Alex Chan/Trenton Nield 6-1 at No. 1 and Mack Galvin and Sean McKendree won at No. 3 over Adrian Alvarez/Lars Schmassmann 6-0.
In singles, the Falcons went 6-0 to roll to the win. Justin Waldman won at No. 4 for the first singles win. Jordan Azuma won at No. 3 and then Galvin won the fourth point at No. 2. Hendrix won at No. 1 and McKendre at No. 6.
Against Montan State, the Falcons the Falcons scored the first four points to earn the 4-3 win.
The Falcons took doubles with win at No. 3 and No. 1.
In singles, the Falcons took the first three matches for the win. Jamie Bautista won at No. 5 over Chase Stoner. Jordan Azuma won at No. 3 over Marcos Zelver, 6-3, 6-4. Waldman won at No. 4 to clinch the win.
Air Force returns to action March 14 against Louisiana in Flagstaff, Ariz.
