Air Force Cross Country to Hold Open Tryouts

Tryouts for interested USAFA cadets will be held Aug. 10-11 at the outdoor track.

USAF ACADEMY, Colo. – Air Force cross country head coach Ryan Cole will hold tryouts next week for any Academy cadet interested in joining the Falcons' intercollegiate team for the upcoming season. The tryouts will be held at the Cadet Outdoor Track and Field Complex on Monday, Aug. 10, and Tuesday, Aug. 11.

Interested cadets should report, in running attire, to the Cadet Outdoor Track by 3:00 p.m., both days.

WHAT: Air Force Intercollegiate Cross Country Tryouts
WHEN: Monday, Aug. 10, and Tuesday, Aug. 11 (3:00-5:30 p.m. both days)
WHERE: Cadet Outdoor Track and Field Complex
WHO: Any current USAFA cadet
OTHER: Arrive in running shoes and physical conditioning gear; bring a water bottle
