While at USAFA, either in the wing or in the pool, what is something that you learned that is still with you today: Treat everyone with respect, whether it's your commander or the janitor.

After graduation, what do you miss most about the team: I miss the camaraderie and competing at a high level.

Quote/Advice that you'd like to share with the water polo team: Don't let any team intimidate you, no matter their ranking. Play every single game to win. The work ethic you develop as a student-athlete at USAFA will set you up for success wherever life takes you.
