Online registration for the 2022 AF Summer Sports Camps presented by Centura officially opened on December 6. All camp information, as well as links to register can be found here.
This year marks the 42nd year of the annual AF Summer Sports Camps and the athletic department is pleased to announce that after a two-year hiatus, we will again be offering an overnight "boarder" option in 2022.
This summer, we will feature more than 20 different sports during the traditional two-and-a-half weeks of AF Sports Camps. The camps will be broken into three main sessions. Session one will run from June 6-June 10, session two will run from June 13-June 17 and session three, which is a commuter-only week, will run from June 20-22. In addition to these main sessions, several elite camps, most of which take place on weekends, will be offered.
In accordance with NCAA guidelines, all AF Sports Camps are open to any and all entrants, limited only by attendance caps/capacity limits, age or grade level and/or gender of its participants. All sessions and camps are led by AF head coaches as well as some of the top high school and college coaches in the region.
Campers ages 12 and up who choose to attend camps in session one or session two will have the option of boarding on campus and staying in the cadet dorms. Additionally, boarders get the added benefit of eating in Mitchell Hall and interacting with cadet counselors.
The AF Sports Camp office will offer an Early Bird discount from now until January 31, 2022. The Early Bird discount takes $25 off the commuter camp fee and $50 off the boarder camp fee.
All camps are first come, first served and space is limited, with some camps already nearing capacity. Questions regarding Sports Camps or registration can be directed via email to AFASportsCamps@AirForceAthletics.org or over the phone at 719-333-2116.
