Air Force women's basketball has announced the addition of five players to its 2022-23 roster, a talent-laden group representing vast regions of the country. The class of 2026 is currently in the process of completing Basic Cadet Training (BCT). Upon successful conclusion of BCT, the respective athletes will be accepted into the Cadet Wing on August 5.
"This class will help us address one of our biggest needs for our team and that is more size," said head coach Chris Gobrecht. "We feel very good about our perimeter players who are returning, but while we managed to survive last year without a great deal of depth on the frontline, rebounding and matching up inside were big challenges for our team against many opponents. Nikki McDonald and Dasha Macmillan are our only returning players with any frontline experience."

- "Emily is an aggressive, physical player who loves to attack and rebound. I believe her experience at the Prep School will help make the transition to the Academy a bit easier and therefore have her ready to contribute early." - Chris Gobrecht
6'0, Forward
Spokane, WA, Mead High School
- "We love Parker's size and intelligent approach to the game. Parker has a big upside and we are excited to see her develop as a post player able to impact the Mountain West Conference." - Chris Gobrecht
5'11, Forward
Monument, CO, Lewis-Palmer High School
- "Griffin is a local player coming to us from Lewis Palmer High School. It is always a little extra special when we have a player from our community join our program. I believe Griffin will be able to help us at a couple of different positions while still providing good strength and size on the floor." - Chris Gobrecht
5'7, Guard
Wesley Chapel, FL, Seffner Christian Academy
- "We have a tradition of hard-working, skilled guards in our program and Milahnie will fit in great. She loves to defend and she can score the ball." - Chris Gobrecht
6'2, Forward
Stockton, CA, Lincoln High School
- "Faith comes in as one of the most skilled players with size that we have had at USAFA since I have been here. She can handle the ball, pass, shoot and get out in transition. Having played in a high level club program, she knows what it takes to compete at this level." - Chris Gobrecht
