
Air Force Fencing Announces 2022-23 Schedule

USAF ACADEMY, Colo. - Air Force fencing released its 2022-23 schedule, announced today by head coach Omar Elgeziry. The Falcons open competition at the October North American Cup and wrap up with the All-Service Academy Duels in Apri.
The Falcons have 12 events scheduled for the season, which includes NACs for October, December, January and the Junior Olympics held in Denver in February. The October NAC kicks of season off Oct. 7-10 in Minneapolis, Minn.
Air Force hosts the Western Invitational, Nov. 5-6, at the Academy. The Falcons also participate at the Elite Invitational No. 19-20 at UPenn in Pennsylvania, Pa.
After the December and January NACs, the Falcons take part in the Northwestern Duels, Feb. 4-5 in Evanston, Ill. and then the North Carolina Invite Feb. 11-12 in Chapel Hill, N.C.
After the Junior Olympics, the Falcons head to Palo Alto, Calif., to take part in the NCAA West Regional on March 11 and the MPSF Fencing Championships March 12.
The Falcons will attempt to qualify for the NCAA Championships, which runs March 23-26 in Durham, N.C. Air Force's final competition is the All-Service Academy Duels, April 15-16, held at the Academy with Army West Point and Navy also participating.
