The Falcons tallied 202 points to remain at No. 11 in the latest USTFCCCA rankings.
NEW ORLEANS – The Air Force men's cross country team remained at No. 11 in the latest edition of the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association's Division I National Coaches Poll, which was released this afternoon (Sept. 20) by the USTFCCCA office.
The men accounted for 202 points to hold the No. 11 ranking for the second-straight week – a placement that continues to match their highest regular season ranking since 2018. It is also the 41st-straight poll where Air Force's men have been mentioned in the national conversation (either as a ranked team or one that is receiving votes) – a program-best streak that dates back to the opening poll of the 2017 season.
In addition, the men are ranked fourth in the Mountain Region.
The Falcons return to action on Saturday (Sept. 24), when they travel to Stillwater, Okla., for the annual Cowboy Jamboree.
