
Women’s Swim and Dive Finishes Behind Wyoming

LARAMIE – The Air Force women's swim and dive team won three events but ultimately came up short against Wyoming, 196.00-102.00, Saturday afternoon, at Laramie High School.
The Falcons performed exceptionally in the 200 IM, winning the top three spots behind Alex Clark's 2:09.39 first place finish. Hanani Dona (2:10.45) and team captain Ella Martin (2:10.68) raced to second and third, respectively.
Ryan Mills tallied team points with a first-place finish in the 100 butterfly (57.61), finishing just ahead of Abigail Hardy (57.69).
The divers concluded with four top three finishes in the 1-meter and 3-meter dive. Freshman diver Chloe Perkin finished second on the 3-meter dive (280.05), while Kacey Hu performed to a third-place finish (256.28) on the 1-meter dive.
Despite the team score, 15 Falcons finished in the top three across all events.
Next up, Air Force swimming travels to Phoenix, Arizona, to square off against Grand Canyon at Fr Edward A. Reese Aquatic Center, November 8-9. Action on Friday is slated for 5 p.m. MT, while Saturday's action commences at 11 am.
