This Week: Air Force travels to Lincoln, Neb., for a pair of meets Nov. 22-23. The Falcons will shoot against the University of Nebraska, Saturday Nov. 22, and against Nebraska and Ole Miss on Sunday, Nov. 23. Live scoring will be available at MegaLink.
The Rankings: Air Force is ranked 15th in the nation CRCA national poll while Ole Miss is fifth and Nebraska is sixth. Nebraska has the highest average aggregate score in the nation (4737.85) while Ole Miss is seventh (4721.83) and Air Force is 14th (4688.83).
Top Falcons: Senior team captain Victoria Leppert has the highest aggregate average score (1174.66) while freshman Prisha Thomas is second (1172.0) and fellow freshman Lily Miller is third (1165.16). Junior Megan Torrence has the highest air rifle average on the team (594.83) while Leppert is second (593.66). Leppert has the highest smallbore average (581.0) while Thomas is second (580.8).
Last Time Out: Air Force defeated Ohio State in a dual meet at the Cadet Rifle Range, Sunday, Nov. 16. Air Force won both the smallbore and air rifle, winning the meet 4690-4672. Senior captain Victoria Leppert was second in aggregate (1174), while William Steen and Prisha Thomas tied for third with an 1170. Leppert and Thomas tied for second in smallbore, each with a 582. The Falcons return to action with a pair of matches at Nebraska, Nov. 22-23, in Lincoln, Neb.
