
Air Force places 93 on Mountain West spring all-academic team

U.S. AIR FORCE ACADEMY, Colo. – Air Force placed 93 cadet-athletes on the spring academic all-Mountain West team, as announced today by the league office. The 93 selections are the second-most in school history and the most since the school record of 97 in 2021-22.
Mountain West spring sports include baseball, men's and women's basketball, men's and women's golf, softball, women's gymnastics, women's swimming and diving, men's and women's tennis and men's and women's indoor and outdoor track and field.
To be eligible for selection, student-athletes must have completed at least one academic term at the member institution while maintaining a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or better, and must have competed in 50 percent of the team's completed varsity contests (or 25 percent in the case of baseball/softball pitchers).
