
Lucas Gerten Tabbed MPSF Male Athlete of the Week

WOODLAND, Calif., - Freshman Lucas Gerten was honored as the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Male Athlete of the Week for his efforts against Colorado School of Mines, as release by conference officials on Wednesday morning. This marks the second weekly award for Air Force men's swimming and diving of the 2025-26 season.
While in Golden, the St. Paul, Minn., native swept the competition, posting two wins on the 1-meter (363.20) and the 3-meter. With his 3-meter score of 379.65, Gerten earned an NCAA Zone cut and broke the CSM Natatorium record.
So far this season, Gerten has recorded seven top finishes for seven NCAA Zone qualifying scores.
