LAS VEGAS, Nev., - Air Force diver Brady Nichol picked up the Falcons' first conference weekly award of the season as the Mountain West Men's Diver of the Week, as released by conference officials on Tuesday morning.
C2C Nichol helped lead the Falcons to a win at the Front Range Invitational with a combined score of 1,182, topping Wyoming and Denver from October 3-4. Nichol was dominant throughout the diving competition, sweeping all three events with first-place finishes on the 1-meter, 3-meter, and platform. His career-high 1-meter score of 312.20 and platform score of 310.00 both met NCAA Zone qualifying standards, highlighting a strong showing to open the season. The junior totaled 60 points for the Falcons across the three events, playing a key role in Air Force's team victory.
