Leggett Earns KAP7 WCC Men’s Water Polo Player of the Week Honor

USAF ACADEMY, Colo. - Senior Tom Leggett was named the KAP7 West Coast Conference Men's Water Polo Player of the Week for games played the week of Sept. 1-7, announced today by the conference office. This is the sixth WCC player of the week award of his career.
Leggett (Santa Barbara, Calif,) tallied 28 goals and four assists for 32 points on the weekend in four games played for Air Force at the Bruno Classic in Cambridge, Mass. and Providence R.I.
He scored eight goals in each game Saturday against MIT and #17 Harvard. On Sunday, he netted six goals in each game against Long Island and #20 Brown.
Air Force returns to action Wednesday, Sept. 2 against Iona in Greenwich, CT.
