Air Force Wrestling Announces 2026-27 Schedule

Falcon wrestling's first-year head coach Joe Johnston has announced the competition schedule for the 2026-27 campaign. Air Force will host seven dual meets in the historic Clune Arena, three of which will be inaugural Pac-12 Conference dual meets.
The season kicks off at the Clarion Open on November 1. Air Force is slated to compete in three regular season tournaments across the campaign: Clarion Open, Cliff Keen Las Vegas Invitational (Dec. 4-5), and the David Lehman Open (Jan. 8).
The Falcons' dual schedule opens at the annual Throwdown on the Yorktown, November 7, where Air Force will go head-to-head with The Citadel and Purdue on the flight deck of the USS Yorktown in Charleston, South Carolina.
The Clune Arena opener will be against New Mexico Highlands on November 12. The home dual schedule includes Cal Poly (Dec. 18), Oregon State (Jan. 15), Wyoming (Jan. 22), North Dakota State (Jan. 29), and CSU Bakersfield for Senior Night on February 7.
For the first time since 1993, Air Force will take on Army in service academy dual action at West Point, New York, on November 15. The Black Knights remain unbeaten by the Falcons in the seven-meet history.
Air Force's road schedule also includes duals against Little Rock (Nov. 20), Campbell, Presbyterian, and Bellarmine at the Campbell Quad (Feb. 5), Northern Illinois (Feb. 12), South Dakota State (Feb. 14), and Northern Colorado for the regular season finale on February 21.
The season will culminate at the Pac-12 Conference Championships in Little Rock, Arkansas (March 4-5), and ultimately at the 2027 NCAA Wrestling Championships in St. Louis' Enterprise Center, March 18-20.
