U.S. AIR FORCE ACADEMY, Colo. – Air Force women's swimming and diving revealed its 2026-27 season slate on Thursday, setting the stage for another competitive season in the pool.
Colleen Murphy, head coach, said, "We are excited for the new Mountain West and the parity in competition from top to bottom. We have a challenging meet schedule and our women will rise to the occasion each weekend."

The Falcons will dive into the preseason at the Horsetooth Open Water Swim on Sept. 13 in Fort Collins, Colo., before returning to the pool for the annual Blue/Silver intrasquad on Sept. 19.
Air Force will make its yearly appearance at the Front Range Invite, Oct. 2-3, before opening dual-meet action on the road at Mountain West opponent, Wyoming on Oct. 10. The Falcons will then make their home debut on Oct. 16, welcoming Denver and Washington State to Cadet Natatorium, before hosting New Mexico State on Oct. 24.
November begins with a road trip to conference opponent Grand Canyon for a dual meet, Nov. 6-7, before the Falcons head to Houston, Texas, for the Phil Hansel Invitational, Nov. 17-20, providing an early opportunity to test themselves against top competition.
Following the new year, Air Force will return home to host Seattle U, Colorado School of Mines and Colorado Mesa in a quad meet, Jan. 8-9. The Falcons will then head west to UNLV, Jan. 15-16, before closing out the dual-meet season up I-25 at Colorado State on Jan. 23.
The postseason push will begin to take shape at the end of January, as Air Force diving hosts its annual invitational, Jan. 28-30. The Colorado Sprint Championship will also take place at Cadet Natatorium on Jan. 30.
Air Force will compete at the Denver First Chance Invite, Feb. 5-6, in preparation for the championship portion of the season. The Falcons will then head back to Houston for the Mountain West Conference Championships, Feb. 16-20, as they look to make their mark on the conference stage.
"Our returners coupled with the new freshmen have big goals for the season," expressed Murphy. "Racing tough and stepping up each weekend will make a huge difference when we get to the Mountain West Championships."
The Falcons will have several opportunities to continue their postseason run, with NCAA Diving Zone E set for March 8-10, the CSCAA National Invitational Championships slated for March 11-13, and the NCAA Championships rounding out the season March 17-20.
