FORT COLLINS, Colo., - Air Force swimming and diving will compete in the Front Range Invitational hosted by Colorado State University on Friday October 2 and Saturday October 3. The swimming portion will be held at Edora Pool Ice Center in Fort Collins, Colo., while the diving competition will be held at Cadet Natatorium in USAFA, Colo.

Air Force women's swimming won the team finish at the Horsetooth Open Water Swim in the Horsetooth Reservoir on Sunday morning. C3Cs Natalie Doig and Abby Miller led with podium placements.
Doig earned silver in the 2.4 mile swim after clocking a time of 52:17 while Miller followed in third at 52:25.
Grace Nickell (52:37) earned a fifth-place finish in the women's category with Lily Larson (54:23) and Jordan Evans (55:34) also representing the Falcons in the top ten.
LAST TIME OUT (MEN)
Air Force men's swim earned the top team spot and boasted the overall individual finisher, Barrett Kerrigan, at the Horsetooth Open Water Swim on Sunday morning in the Horsetooth Reservoir.
Kerrigan, a freshman, won the 2.4 mile swim after finishing at 50:44 while fellow classmate Samuel Metzgar earned bronze with a time of 51:54. C3C Jordan Falls was the third highest-scoring Falcon after placing fourth in the men's category at 52:24.
Evan Witte (52:30), Tyler Stargardt (52:30), Samuel Stockton (52:31), Emerson Gatherum (52:34), and Ralph Fiscus (52:36) rounded out the top-ten male finishers.
