Shuttles
AF Sports Camps provides complimentary airport transportation for eligible boarder campers traveling through Colorado Springs Airport.
Recommended Flight Times
When possible, book flights within the recommended windows below to help make the shuttle process as smooth as possible.
11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Schedule inbound flights to arrive at Colorado Springs Airport (COS) between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. whenever possible.
After arriving, campers should collect their luggage and proceed to the designated AF Sports Camps meeting area in baggage claim.
2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Schedule departing flights from Colorado Springs Airport (COS) between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. whenever possible.
AF Sports Camps will coordinate transportation from the Academy to the COS airport for eligible boarder campers.
Important Shuttle Information
COS Only
AF Sports Camps airport transportation is provided only to and from Colorado Springs Airport (COS).
No Denver Shuttle
AF Sports Camps does not provide transportation to or from Denver International Airport (DEN).
Group Transportation
Shuttle departure times are based on camper flight schedules, so campers may wait under supervision until their transportation group is ready.
Submit Flight Information
Families using AF Sports Camps airport transportation must provide their camper's flight information before arriving at camp.
Provide Your Itinerary
Provide the airline, flight number, arrival time and other requested travel information through your camper's registration account.
Plan Enough Time
Choose a departure time that allows campers enough time to finish camp, travel from the Academy to COS and complete airport check-in and security. We will transport those campers that have early flights as well, just be aware they may miss all or a portion of the last day of camp.
