Transportation/Shuttle
AF Sports Camps offers complimentary shuttle service to and from the Colorado Springs Airport (COS) only. Unfortunately, transportation is not available to or from Denver International Airport (DEN).
Arrival - Sunday
Please schedule your camper’s inbound flight to arrive at Colorado Springs Airport (COS) between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM on Sunday. While we recommend this timeframe, we will do our best to accommodate flights outside this window.
Shuttles are scheduled based on group demand, not individual arrivals. Typically, 3–4 shuttle trips are arranged on both arrival and departure days. Campers may be required to wait, under supervision, at the COS airport to allow for efficient group transportation.
When campers arrive at the COS airport, they should proceed to baggage claim, where our staff and cadets will be waiting to greet them at the bottom of the escalator.
**Boys and Girls Gymnastics - Session 1b/2b (arrival Wednesday) please arrive prior to 11:00 AM.**
Departure - Friday
For outbound flights, we recommend booking a return flight between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM on Friday. Please note that campers may miss part of the final day depending on shuttle timing and flight schedules. Again, transportation is only available to Colorado Springs Airport (COS).
Campers will receive information about their return shuttle during their camp session, typically on Thursday night.
Important: Do not schedule the last flight out for the day. We are unable to provide housing once camp ends due to canceled flights.
**Boys and Girls Gymnastics - Session 1a/2a (Departure Wednesday) please follow the same time frame rules.**
If you plan to personally pick up your camper, please arrive at the Cadet Field House by 12:30 PM.
Important Reminders
- Submit all flight information through your AF Sports Camps account by June 1.
- Shuttle service cannot be guaranteed for campers who miss this deadline.
- Label all luggage with your camper’s name, sport, address, and phone number.
