UNITED STATES AIR FORCE ACADEMY DIVING
Dear Campers:
We're excited about the opportunity we'll have to coach you at the 2004 Falcon Diving Camp!
In addition to bringing your suit, Sammy, and towel please bring athletic shorts, t-shirt, socks and athletic shoes. Each morning you'll participate in conditioning exercises and dryland work in the Field House. You need to be dressed in something more than a swim suit.
A typical day includes:
- Warm-up, stretching and dryland work 45 - 60 minutes
- Pool work 90 - 120 minutes
- Lunch break 60 - 90 minutes
- Classroom discussion / viewing video tapes 60 minutes
- Pool work 120 minutes
- Belt work on trampoline dispersed throughout the day by group
- Video taping dispersed throughout the day by group
Feel free to contact me directly if you have additional questions concerning the camp. My phone number is (719)333 - 2331. Or contact me by E-mail: Stan.Curnow@usafa.af.mil
Thanks!
Sincerely,
Stan Curnow
Diving Coach
