Information For Second Week Of Swim Camp
WEEK TWO CAMP LETTER

Dear Swimmer
We are very excited about having you here at Falcon Swim Camp. Our coaches look forward to working with you to help you reach your goals as a competitive swimmer. Below are listed some items we would like for you to bring with you to camp.
- Goggles [at least two pairs]
- Swim Suits
- Swim Caps [only if you normally wear a cap]
- Dryland workout clothes [athletic shoes, T-shirts, shorts, sweats etc]

Typical Day
- AM Workout
- Video Analysis of Olympians performing the Stroke-of-the-Day [Projection Room]
Lunch
- Lecture on Topic related to optimal swimming performance (Goal-setting, Nutrition, Dryland/stretching, etc) [Projection Room]
- Dryland training
- PM Workout with drills/analysis related to Stroke-of-the-Day [Pool]
This week of camp is intended for the advanced age-group competitive swimmer. We will spend 4-5 hours per day in the pool, so make sure you are in shape before you come to camp. Workout and instruction will be based on ability level. Our goal is to give all participants information and training designed to help you attain your goals in swimming. While our emphasis in this week of camp is training, we intend to provide some individual feedback to enable each camper to become the best athlete they can be.
Please arrive at camp ready to pursue new ideas, and to have fun!
