FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Question: When do individual game tickets for Notre Dame, Navy, etc.
go on sale?
Answer: All individual game tickets for the 2002 football season will
go on-sale July 1 @ 9am MST.
Question: If I am a new season ticket holder where will my seats be
located?
Answer: New season ticket holders can expect to be located between the
goal line and 20-yardline unless they purchase plans that are limited to certain
areas (i.e. Family Plan, or Falcon Fanatic seats).
Question: When will my season tickets be mailed?
Answer: The last week in July is when season tickets will be mailed
Question: What is the difference between the Family Plan and Falcon
Fanatic tickets?
Answer: Family Plan tickets are reserved seats located in the NW corner
of Falcon Stadium in sections M13, M14, M15. Falcon Fanatic tickets are general
admission seats located in the south endzone in sections L28, L1, L2.
Question: Are there any Mini Plans available?
Answer: Currently, no. A decision on Mini Plans will not be made until
July 1.
Question: How many seats are in Falcon Stadium?
Answer: Seating capacity is 52,122.
Question: How can I contact the ticket office?
Answer: You can call us at 719-472-1895 or 800-666-USAF(8723) or you
can come to our office located in the Cadet Field House. Hours are 9am-5pm MST
Monday-Friday.
Question: Do I need to purchase a parking pass?
Answer: There is no charge for parking at Falcon Stadium.
Question:What if I need handicap parking?
Answer: Handicap parking is available in every lot at Falcon Stadium.
A state issued handicap parking pass will allow you to park in those spaces
as long as there are still some spaces available when you arrive.
Question: Who do I talk to about tailgating?
Answer: You need to contact our Events Management department at 719-333-9024.
Question: What is your policy on refunds or exchanges?
Answer: There are no refunds or exchanges once an order has been processed.
