Kiera joined the Air Force Academy Athletics development staff in July 2017. She was previously at Northern Illinois University in its athletics department and also served as an NCAA postgraduate intern. Prior to NIU and NCAA, she served as a Community Relations Specialist with the Chicago Red Stars. In addition to fundraising for the Air Force Athletics Excellence in Athletics Fund, she is responsible for the fundraising efforts of women's and men's gymnastics. She is a native of Chicago, Illinois and earned her bachelor's degree from Michigan State University, and a master's degree from Northern Illinois University. Kiera currently resides in Colorado Springs
