Facility Requests
Facility scheduling is handled by different offices depending on the venue and nature of the request.
Requests to reserve and schedule the following USAFA athletic facilities must be submitted to Events Management.

Falcon Stadium requests are coordinated based on the type of facility use. Premium event-space rentals and general non-rental stadium requests are handled separately.

External Special Events
External organizations interested in hosting a special event at a USAFA athletic venue can coordinate their request through AFAAC Special Events.
AFAAC Special Events can assist with athletic venue coordination and event services associated with approved special events.
Assistant Director of Special Events
Organizations are not required to utilize event services provided by AFAAC. An event may instead be routed through the USAFA Events Approval process and the 10 ABW Events Support Committee. When that option is selected, AFAAC does not provide event support and the requesting organization is responsible for obtaining required approvals and ensuring all necessary support is coordinated.
