Facility Use Schedule Contacts
USAFA requests to reserve and schedule the use of the Cadet Field House, Cadet Gymnasium, Falcon Athletic Center, Holaday Athletic Center and the athletic fields must be submitted to Events Management. Email your requests for the use of the above AD facilities to carolyn.simon@afacademy.af.edu or levi.hokkala@afacademy.af.edu or call 719-333-2216/0351.
All external Special Event requests involving USAFA athletic venues can be made through Nick Kiger, Associate Athletic Director - Events and Services (AFAAC). You can email such requests to Mr. Kiger or call 719-333-9024.
Please note, that you are not obligated to utilize the event services provided by the AFAAC for special events and may elect to route your event through the USAFA Events Approval process through the 10ABW events support committee if desired. If so, no support will be provided by the AFAAC and you will be responsible for event approvals and ensuring all required support is accounted for.
Requests to reserve and schedule use of Falcon Stadium or the press box must be submitted to assistant stadium manager David Heimerdinger. Email your requests to David.heimerdinger@airforceathletics.org or call 719-333-1151.
The USAF Combatives Program, Center of Excellence (USAFA/ADPC) is responsible for the scheduling and access for activities held in the combatives facilities located in Jack's Valley. Contact is David Durnil, 333-9294, david.durnil@afacademy.af.edu
