MISSION
The mission of the Falcon Crew is to motivate and channel cadets’ sense of excitement in Air Force Athletics at Intercollegiate competitions. We do this by promoting and executing cadet specific promotions and opportunities filled with enthusiasm and spirit while representing the academy from the sidelines with respect and honor.
GOALS
1. Provide an organized structure to generate support for all aspects of cadet athletic events and activities including, but not limited to: tailgates, cadet section activities, cadet section themes, cadet giveaways, and pack the house events.
2. To develop organizational leadership skills, foster growth, and enhance the cadet experience by planning, organizing and executing cadet specific activities
3. To develop club members’ abilities and skills in communication, critical thinking, strategy, organization, and problem solving as a means for member intrinsic improvement and future officer capability improvement by planning cadet promotional opportunities
