Mobile Ticket Guide
|
|
Air Force Athletics is a digital and mobile-only ticketing institution. On gamedays, fans gain entry into each Air Force Athletics venue by utilizing digital tickets from their mobile device, eliminating the need for a printed, and physical ticket. Digital ticketing provides the safest, easiest and most convenient option for access into all of Air Force ticketed facilities. This is the page to go to for your questions and information on digital tickets.
On this page, there are Step By Step instructions on adding your tickets to your wallet, how to easily transfer tickets and accepting a ticket transfer.
Important note: Once you receive your tickets from the ticket office, please add them to your wallet. This helps you because if there are time changes, they will adjust if the ticket is in your wallet. Also, you will be alerted by your phone if it is in your wallet that it is nearing game time and to have it out for presentation, etc
YOUR ACCOUNT - YOU ALWAYS HAVE YOUR TICKETS WITH YOU! |
Perhaps the biggest advantage of digital tickets is that you will NEVER “leave your tickets at home” or “bring the wrong tickets to the game” anymore!! As long as you remembered your phone, you can access all of your tickets, any time!
If you added them to your Wallet (Apple or Android) they will always be there until you remove them!
If you didn’t add them to your wallet and you can’t find your email, go to goairforcefalcons.evenue.net to login to your account, and your tickets are listed there. You can add them to your wallet, transfer them to family/friends, or post them on the secondary market instantly!
ACCESS MOBILE TICKETS |
Note: After a ticket has been added to your wallet, it will be available on your Apple watch (must be iCloud connected to your iPhone).

ACCOUNT BINDING |
New for 2025: Account Binding to Apple iCloud
Account binding adds an extra layer of security to your Air Force Falcons mobile tickets by linking them directly to your Apple ID. This helps prevent unauthorized use while keeping your game-day entry experience fast and easy.
First Time Setup / Authentication
When you first add your Falcons tickets to your Apple Wallet, Apple will prompt you to verify your Apple ID using Face ID, Touch ID, or your password. This creates a secure connection between your Air Force ticket account and your iCloud account.
After Setup
Future Air Force tickets will bind to your device once added to the wallet. You won’t need to authenticate again unless you switch devices or there’s a security issue.
Transferring Tickets
Always use the My Account Transfer option at goairforcefalcons.evenue.net/MyAccount or via the Air Force Athletics Mobile App.
Sharing logins, screenshots, or emails with tickets links will result in disabled passes. Everyone who needs a ticket on their own device must set up an individual Air Force Athletics ticket account.
How to Know your Ticket is Ready to Scan
Your Apple Wallet ticket must display the “Hold Near Reader” icon. This means your pass is properly linked and ready for entry.
Missing "Hold Near Reader" Icon?
- Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID used when first adding tickets.
- Try removing and re-adding the ticket to Apple Wallet
- Check your Wi-Fi or cellular connection
