HIGH SCHOOL: Kapaun Mt Carmel Catholic High School…five-time all-state honoree (twice in cross country, three times in track)…received the All-Star Preps’ Best of Kansas Cross Country in 2020…finished seventh at the Kansas 5A State Cross Country Championships as a freshman…helped track and field team to two runner-up finishes at the Kansas 5A State Championships…finished third in the 3200-meter run at the 2022 state meet…ran on the 4x800-meter that won the state title in 2021…recorded personal-best times of 5:14 (1600-meter run), 7:45 (2000-meter steeplechase), and 11:12 (3200-meter run)…that steeplechase time is a school record…seven-time letterwinner…also competed in powerlifting and cheerleading…two-time 5A state champion in powerlifting (123 pounds)…Cheer All-American in 2020…member of the National Honor Society…graduated with a 4.066 GPA…member of school’s Cum Laude Honors Program.
