Funding for these events, along with travel/logistical support will be provided by the Air Force Academy Athletic Corporation (AFAAC). FRESHMAN YEAR | 2017: Raced at the Colorado State Invitational.

HIGH SCHOOL: Niceville High School...runner-up in the 800-meter run at the 2016 Florida 3A State Championships...also qualified to the state meet as a member of the 4x400-meter and 4x800-meter relays...holds three school records...named Distance Runner of the Year...also claimed Runner of the Week honors...three-year letterwinner in soccer...served as team captain...received the “Will to Win” award...member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society and the National Honor Society...named to the President’s List and Honor Roll...received the Anne T. Mitchel Award.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Charles and Lisa Sherwin...father retired as a colonel after 25 years of service in the Air Force...has four siblings (one older, three younger)...majoring in foreign area studies...future plans include working in the Intelligence field...hobbies include hanging out with friends, photography, music, singing, adventuring and cooking...loves every kind of food and her Catholic faith...member of Cadet Squadron 02.
