SOPHOMORE YEAR | 2024: Raced in two meets…posted a career-best 6K time of 24:23.2 to finish 34th at the Ted Castaneda Classic…opened the season with a 5K time of 19:48.8 at the Woody Greeno/Jay Dirksen Invitational, finishing 75th in the 237-runner field.

FRESHMAN YEAR | 2023: Competed in three Colorado-based meets…clocked a three-mile time of 20:26 in collegiate debut at the Air Force Classic (14th)…recorded a 6K time of 25:01.94 to finish 42nd at the Roadrunner Invitational…added a 5K time of 19:29.6 at the UCCS Open (36th).

MAJOR TRACK AND FIELD HIGHLIGHTS: Clocked the fifth-fastest indoor 800-meter run in program history during a 2:10.68 (adjusted for altitude) performance at the 2024 Mountain West Indoor Championships…added the program’s seventh-fastest mile time (4:50.08) as a sophomore, while moving up to No. 7 on the program’s outdoor 800-meter standings (2:09.02a) that year…ran on the 4x800-meter relay that clocked an Academy Record time of 8:54.51 at the Drake Relays.

HIGH SCHOOL: East Grand Rapids High School…member of four state championship teams (two track and field, two cross country)…claimed two state titles in the 800-meter run…member of the National Honor Society.

PERSONAL: Full name is Camryn Jane Bodine…goes by Cam…daughter of James and Samantha Bodine…has two older sisters, including one who is a second lieutenant in the National Guard…majoring in economics and political science…future plans include becoming an acquisitions officer…serving as the Standardization and Evaluation NCO…traveled to Mountain Home AFB, Idaho, over the summer for Operation Air Force…toured the F-15 squadron while on Ops…member of Cadet Squadron 05.
