SOPHOMORE YEAR | 2024: Raced in four meets…posted a career-best 6K time of 21:27.9 to finish 83rd out of 330 runners at the Gans Creek Classic…helped Air Force to a seventh-place finish at that meet…also scored for the Falcons at Pre-Nationals and the NCAA Mountain Regional…clocked a 21:32.8 to finish 48th out of 213 runners at Pre-Nationals, helping the women to a runner-up finish…added a time of 21:35.4 at the regional championships (78th)…finished within the top half of the field at the Mountain West Championships (22:19.5, 40th)…earned the team’s Most Improved award…academic all-conference.

FRESHMAN YEAR | 2023: Competed in four meets, including the conference championships…clocked a career-best 6K time of 22:09.0 to finish 53rd at the Mountain West Championships…added a 22:30.2 finish at the Nuttycombe Invitational (231st)…recorded a 5K time of 18:48.5 at the Virginia Invitational (182nd)…first freshman finisher at the Air Force Classic…clocked a three-mile debut of 18:10 to finish fifth overall at that meet…academic all-conference…Mountain West Scholar-Athlete.

MAJOR TRACK AND FIELD HIGHLIGHTS: Earned all-conference honors in the 10,000-meter run at the 2025 Mountain West Outdoor Championships…debuted on the program’s top 10 in the 3000-meter (9:43.11, adjusted for altitude) and 5000-meter (16:28.67) during the indoor season that year.
