JUNIOR YEAR | 2019: Competed in five races, including the conference and regional championship meets...was the Falcons’ top finisher at the NCAA Mountain Regional, posting a 10K time of 31:50.4 to finish 48th out of 129 runners...was the team’s No. 2 runner at the Mountain West Championships...clocked a career-best 8K time of 23:43.3 to finish 17th at that meet...also competed in the 8K distance at the UCCS Open (25:12.8, 12th) and Bill Dellinger Invitational (25:57.1, 127th)...opened the season with a fourth-place, four-mile time of 20:52.4 at the Air Force Open...academic all-conference selection...Mountain West Scholar-Athlete.

SOPHOMORE YEAR | 2018: Participated in five meets, including the conference and regional championship meets...posted a personal-best 8K time of 24:56.5 to finish 12th out of 100 runners in the Open division of the Nuttycombe Invitational...finished within the top half of the field at the Pre-National Invitational (8K time of 25:07.0, 104th)...finished 36th at the Mountain West Championships behind an 8K time of 25:51.6...made 10K debut at the NCAA Mountain Regional (31:15.2, 70th)...clocked a 16:00.6 in the 5K at the season-opening Wyoming Invitational (25th)...academic all-conference selection...Mountain West Scholar-Athlete.

FRESHMAN YEAR | 2017: Competed in three meets...registered a top-15 finish at the Woody Greeno Invitational (13th) after clocking an 8K time of 26:26.4...finished 31st out of 127 runners at the Rocky Mountain Shootout (8K time of 27:13.0)...opened the season with a 5K time of 16:13.7 at the Colorado State Invitational (71st)...Mountain West Scholar-Athlete.

MAJOR TRACK AND FIELD HIGHLIGHTS: Represented Team USA in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the 2018 IAAF World U20 Championships...clocked a time of 9:13.74 to finish 21st in the semifinals...earned a fifth-place finish in that event at the USATF Junior Outdoor Championships...set the Academy’s Freshman Class Record in the steeplechase at the Oxy Invitational (9:05.43).
