JUNIOR YEAR | 2016: Competed in five meets, including the conference and regional championships...posted a personal-best 8K time of 24:50.0 to finish 25th at the Mountain West Championships...recorded top-20 finishes at the Rocky Mountain Shootout (16th, 26:23.5) and Woody Greeno Invitational (19th, 26:26.3)...ran first 10K at the NCAA Mountain Regional, finishing 52nd with a time of 32:16.9...clocked a personal-best 5K time of 15:34.7 to finish 36th in the season-opening Colorado State Invitational.

SOPHOMORE YEAR | 2015: Competed in three meets...clocked a career-best 8K time of 26:26.1 to finish 35th out of 233 runners at the Woody Greeno Invitational...also placed 35th at the Rocky Mountain Shootout (26:50.2)...opened the season with a 5K time of 16:02.5 at the Colorado State Invitational (63rd).

FRESHMAN YEAR | 2014: Ran at the Rocky Mountain Shootout, clocking an 8K time of 27:33.00 to finish 54th.

HIGH SCHOOL: Severna Park High School...finished fourth at the 2013 Maryland 4A Cross Country State Championships...earned third-team Nike Cross North East Region honors, after placing 17th at the National Qualifier...finished fourth in the 3200-meter run at the state outdoor track and field championship in 2013...served as an officer in the National Honor Society...AP Scholar.
