SOPHOMORE YEAR | 2024: Raced in four meets, including both postseason events…Falcons’ top finisher at the Air Force Classic and Ted Castaneda Classic…won the season-opening Air Force meet with a five-mile time of 25:50.0…used an 8K time of 25:27.7 to finish second out the 130 runners in the other Colorado-based meet…Falcons’ No. 2 runner at the Mountain West Championships, posting a career-best time of 24:53.2 to finish 16th…Air Force’s No. 3 finisher at the NCAA Mountain Regional, recording a 10K debut of 30:23.6 to finish 48th out of 117 runners…earned the team’s Most Improved award.

FRESHMAN YEAR | 2023: Competed in two Colorado-based meets…posted a career-best 8K time of 25:33.51 to finish 11th out of 108 runners at the Roadrunner Invitational…added a top-30 finish (28th) at the UCCS Open.
