SOPHOMORE YEAR | 2019: All-conference selection...competed in six meets, including all three postseason events...earned second-team all-MW status after clocking a 6K time of 20:36.3 to finish 12th at the Mountain West Championships...registered a personal-best time of 19:58.5 to finish sixth out of 141 runners at the Bill Dellinger Invitational...led Air Force to a third-place finish at that meet...was the Falcons’ No. 2 runner at the Nuttycombe Invitational...clocked a time of 20:30.9 to finish 29th out of 243 total runners in Wisconsin...added another 29th-place finish at the NCAA Mountain Regional (20:50.9)...scored for Air Force at the NCAA Championships, clocking a time of 21:05.0 to finish 71st out of 254 runners...helped Air Force to an eighth-place finish at the national meet...opened the season with a runner-up finish at the Air Force Open (three-mile time of 17:12.1)...academic all-conference selection...Mountain West Scholar-Athlete.

MAJOR TRACK AND FIELD HIGHLIGHTS: Debuted on the program’s all-time standings in three events as a freshman...set a new Air Force Freshman Class Record in the 10,000-meter run, while accounting for the fifth-fastest time in program history (34:36.91) and scoring for the Falcons at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships...also accounted for the ninth-fastest 3000-meter run (10:03.82a) and the 10th-fastest 5000-meter run (16:55.33) during the outdoor season...earned the team’s Newcomer of the Year award in 2019...debuted on the program’s indoor 5000-meter standings as a sophomore (17:03.64, 10th).
