JUNIOR YEAR | 2022: Competed in two meets, before missing the rest of the season with injury…opened the season with a three-mile time of 18:10 at the Air Force Classic (sixth)…clocked a 6K time of 23:08.5 at the Cowboy Jamboree (160th)…Mountain West Scholar-Athlete.
SOPHOMORE YEAR | 2021: Competed in four meets…clocked a personal-best 6K time of 21:26.0 to score for the Falcons at the Bill Dellinger Invitational (81st)…also ran that distance at the Mountain West Championships (21:55.0) and Nuttycombe Invitational (22:03.7)…opened the season with a third-place finish at the Air Force Open (three-mile time of 17:31.4)…academic all-conference selection…Mountain West Scholar-Athlete.
FRESHMAN YEAR | 2020: Falcons’ No. 2 runner in both meets of the pandemic-shortened season…earned a top-10 finish in collegiate debut at the Silver State Challenge (21:49.9, 10th)…recorded a personal-best 6K time of 21:37.4 to finish 42nd at the Mountain West Championships…academic all-conference selection…Mountain West Scholar-Athlete.
HIGH SCHOOL: Friends’ Central School...member of the 4x800-meter relay that clocked the third-fastest high school time in the nation as a senior...won the Friends School League individual cross country title in 2018...also finished second at the PAISAA Cross Country Championships that year...earned a top-50 finish (41st) in the Northeast Region of Nike Cross Nationals as a senior...competed on teams that won the Pennsylvania cross country title in 2019 and the indoor track and field title in 2020...also ran on three league championship cross country teams (2017, 2018, 2019) and two league championship outdoor track and field teams (2018, 2019)...national qualifier for DECA...served as vice president of Student Council.
