JUNIOR YEAR | 2025: Competed in three meets…helped Air Force to the team title at the Ted Castaneda Classic…posted an 8K time of 25:12.1 to finish third out of 52 runners at that meet…clocked a career-best time of 25:01.2 to finish 15th out of 316 runners at the Woody Greeno / Jay Dirksen Invitational…opened the season with a five-mile time of 26:44.8 at the Air Force Classic…academic all-conference selection.

SOPHOMORE YEAR | 2024: Raced in three meets…posted a personal-best 8K time of 25:10.7 to place within the top half of the open section at Pre-Nationals (46th)…used a 25:41.7 finish to place third out of 96 runners at the Ted Castaneda Classic…opened the season as the Falcons’ No. 2 finisher at the Woody Greeno / Jay Dirksen Invitational…clocked a time of 25:42.2 to finish 27th out of 246 runners at that meet and help Air Force to a third-place finish in the team standings…academic all-conference selection.

FRESHMAN YEAR | 2023: Competed in two Colorado-based meets…recorded a career-best 8K time of 26:29.51 to finish 25th out of 108 runners in collegiate debut at the Roadrunner Invitational…added a 27:53.8 finish at the UCCS Open (74th)…Mountain West Scholar-Athlete.

HIGH SCHOOL: Bellarmine Preparatory School…member of the varsity cross country and track teams all four years…captured the 4A district title in the 1600-meter run as a senior…clocked a career-best time of 4:17 during that race…also earned a podium finish (15th) at the Washington 4A State Cross Country Championships that year…recorded personal-best times of 15:59 (5K cross country) and 9:30 (3200-meter run) as a senior…served as an officer of the National Honor Society…Student Body representative all four years…graduated with a 3.99 unweighted GPA…received the AOPA James C Ray Foundation High School Student Flight Scholarship and the Boeing Museum of Flight/Frank and Betty Houston Flight Scholarship.
