JUNIOR YEAR | 2023: Competed in five meets…received the team’s Comeback Award…scored for the Falcons in all four team competitions…Falcons’ No. 2 runner at the Virginia Invitational (5K time of 17:30.9, 85th of 211) and NCAA Mountain Regional (career-best 6K time of 20:56.0, 53rd of 135)…finished 21st at the Mountain West Championships after clocking a time of 20:58.6…added a 22:11.8 finish at the Nuttycombe Invitational (209th)…opened the season with a runner-up finish at the Air Force Classic, completing the three-mile course in 17:22.

SOPHOMORE YEAR | 2022: Raced in two meets…clocked a 6K time of 23:12.6 in season debut at the Cowboy Jamboree (164th)…helped Air Force to the team title at the Trojan Invitational after finishing sixth with a 5K time of 18:27.6.

FRESHMAN YEAR | 2021: Competed in five meets…Falcons’ top finisher at the UCCS Open, clocking a 6K time of 23:16.3 to finish third out of 66 runners…clocked a career-best 21:05.8 at the Mountain West Championships (42nd)…also raced the 6K distance at the Bill Dellinger Invitational (21:50.5, 103rd) and Nuttycombe Invitational (23:05.0, 254th)…clocked a three-mile time of 17:35.9 in collegiate debut to finish fifth at the Air Force Open.

MAJOR TRACK AND FIELD HIGHLIGHTS: Recorded Air Force Top 10 times in the 5000-meter and 10,000-meter events at the Mountain West Championships…posted an altitude-adjusted time of 16:42.91 (seventh all-time) at the indoor meet, before posting a 10K time of 34:20.69 (seventh all-time) at the outdoor meet…finished fourth in the 10K at the conference meet.

HIGH SCHOOL: Chaparral High School…claimed back-to-back cross country titles at the Scottsdale Unified School District Championships (2018, 2019)…sectional champion as a senior…also won the O’Connor Invitational and Fountain Hills Invitational that year…set a Course Record at Fountain Hills…placed fourth at the Arizona DI State Cross Country Championships in 2018…earned the team’s Most Improved Runner award as a junior…named to the all-city cross country team as a sophomore…four-year varsity team member…Arizona state high school triathlon champion in 2017.
