Personal: Member of cadet squadron 32 … daughter of Ray and Denise Landwehr … has on older sister … computer science major … future career plan is to attend graduate school and go into special investigations or intelligence … active in her squadron as the squadron executive officer ... during the summer prior to senior year: completed a summer research project with Microsoft in Redmond, Wa., and was the second basic cadet training assistant flight commander for Guts Bravo, in charge of 28 basic cadets ... why I decided to come to the Academy: “I came to the Academy for the opportunity to serve, the fencing program, the academics and the challenge!” … hobbies are hiking, running, reading, cooking and traveling … began fencing at age 12 … credits her all her fencing coaches as having the biggest influence on her sports career … dream vacation spot is Asia … guilty pleasure is chocolate croissants … something most people don’t know about her is that a tiny bit of caffeine makes her really hyper … most notable thing about her home town is the beautiful outdoors … enjoys listening to little bit of everything … favorite player is Leanne Singleton-Comfort ... favorite team is USAFA fencing.
